1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Boltfix, hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”.

2. Competition Period
   The competition opens on the date that the competition post is published on Boltfix’s official Facebook and Instagram pages and closes on 27 June 2026 at 23:59. No entries received after the closing date and time will be considered.

3. Eligibility
   This competition is open to all South African residents over the age of 18. Boltfix staff, suppliers and customers may enter the competition, provided that all entry requirements are met.

4. How to Enter
   To enter the competition, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

   • Like the official competition post.

   • Follow the Boltfix Facebook page.

   • Follow Boltfix_SA on Instagram.

   • Comment on the competition post with who they think will win the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

   • Share the competition post for a bonus entry.

5. Valid Entries
   For an entry to be valid, all required entry steps must be completed before the closing date. Incomplete entries, duplicate spam entries, entries from fake accounts, or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Prize
   One winner will receive one Bafana Bafana home football jersey and one Bafana Bafana away football jersey. The prize is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted for any other item unless agreed to by the Promoter.

7. Winner Selection
   To qualify as the winner, an entrant must have correctly guessed the winner of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and must have met all entry requirements.

   In the event that more than one entrant correctly guesses the winner of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the final winner will be selected through a live draw.

   In the event that no entrant correctly guesses the winner of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Boltfix reserves the right to retain the prize or select a winner at random from all valid entries.

8. Winner Announcement
   The winner will be announced on 20 July 2026 through a live draw on Boltfix’s social media platforms.

9. Prize Availability and Delivery
   Due to the popularity of the prize, shirt size requirements and stock availability, there may be delays in sourcing and delivering the prize to the winner. Boltfix will make reasonable efforts to provide the prize as soon as possible.

10. Contacting the Winner
    The winner will be contacted via the social media profile used to enter the competition. If the winner does not respond within 7 working days of being contacted, Boltfix reserves the right to select another winner or retain the prize.

11. Verification
    Boltfix reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility, including proof of residence in South Africa and confirmation that all entry requirements were met. Failure to provide the required information may result in disqualification.

12. Publicity
    By entering the competition, the winner agrees that Boltfix may announce their name and/or social media handle on Boltfix’s social media platforms for the purpose of confirming the competition result.

13. Personal Information
    Any personal information provided by entrants will be used only for purposes relating to the administration of this competition, including winner verification and prize delivery. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws.

14. Social Media Disclaimer
    This competition is run by Boltfix and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, FIFA, SAFA, Adidas, or Bafana Bafana. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Boltfix and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, FIFA, SAFA, Adidas, or Bafana Bafana.

15. Right to Amend, Suspend or Cancel
    Boltfix reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition should it become necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, prize availability, platform restrictions, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Disqualification
    Boltfix reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, uses fake accounts, acts in a way that is abusive or harmful, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

17. Liability
    Boltfix will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, technical failure, platform error, or other issue that may affect participation in the competition or delivery of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

18. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

19. General
    The Promoter’s decision regarding all competition matters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
